Challenge: Launch a cohesive commercial website for B2B Technology Cloud that is geared towards rapid product growth and unified brand.

Solution: Develop scalable page templates across information architecture to share value of products, capabilities and features with easy access to demos, pricing, and purchase.

My Role: Lead Strategist creating the roadmap, coordinating product/design/development/executive teams towards a cohesive vision, stewarding design and production to align back to goals, and ultimately ensuring a quality launch.

Autodesk Construction Cloud is a product growth website for b2b technology platform.

The Story:

As Autodesk expanded into construction technology in addition to design, they acquired AEC startups to form Autodesk Construction Cloud. Along with it was the need to unify the brand and expression for these products, capabilities and resources into a single product experience.

In comes my role as Lead Digital Strategist for the reimagining of Autodesk Construction Cloud's expanded product website. I Created and executed roadmap to develop new content architecture to scale across 18+ new products, 30+ capabilities and features, resources, and solutions content. Partnered closely with design, development, and product marketers to align vision and create cohesive website and digital brand that drove product growth. 

Throughout the 7 month process, we created a framework that visually aligned disparate brands, products and features into a cohesive cloud offering that drove rapid product growth. Running regular metrics tracking cycles, we saw a +20% increase in sales funnel and rapid increases in traffic and engagement. The core information architecture persists as the product grows and evolves, representing a resilient content strategy and CMS development.
